What are support Tickets for?
Check your previously submitted a presale question, order support issue, reporting a bug you noticed on our website (thank you for letting us know), feature or product request, or a custom task request by using this form.
How to check the status of an open ticket?
Simply type in your email address and click the search button. If there are numerous tickets, you can narrow the results by ticket ID, topic, and/or date. You can also log in to your account to see any support tickets or responses there by clicking on My Account.
